✔️Hyrox New York | 1HR 29MIN (Solo)

Only 2 weeks of workouts, and 2 weeks prior of running… I managed to shave off 10 minutes from my last attempt. Wild decision, I also did a HYROX Doubles the following day, to be continued.. 

Proud of this… as a non-athlete I confirm you can accomplish anything you set your mind to. And I applaud ANYONE who has trained & participated in this! The mental discipline needed is extraordinary.

Thank you to those who have trained me, motivated me, and believed in me along the way. And the goat j_edgefit for the last minute (my fault) workout road map..
