ਇਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਇਮੀਗ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਕੀਲ ਦੱਸ ਕੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵਰਕ ਵੀਜ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਤੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਲਏ — ਪਰ ਕੋਈ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਕਦੇ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਇਹ ਕੋਈ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਵਕੀਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਉੱਤੇ 3 ਵਾਰ ਧੋਖਾਧੜੀ ਦਾ ਵਾਰੰਟ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ।

This individual posed as an immigration lawyer, collected payments from victims between May 2024 – July 2025 for work visa applications… that were NEVER submitted.
He is believed to be involved in 3 separate fraud incidents in Kitchener and has an active arrest warrant.
