Present Energy surgiu numa noite animada, no extinto e já saudoso loungelisboa 
Pistinha boa, rolando um housezinho, Malu começa a cantar umas frases em cima da música que tava tocando, cheguei junto com mais umas palavras, depois veio a Laya e foi isso. Uns dias depois, elas foram na minha casa, criamos juntas e gravei os beats, synts, gravamos as vozes e tal…
Aí foi só afinar, lapidar…e agora tá aqui. Espalhando a palavra espalhando amor.

Present energy was born in a club, on a fun fun fun night out, where me and my friends were dancing and suddenly Malu began singing some words over the instrumental music that was playing and I followed along, then came Laya and we had it.
A few days later they went over to my place and we started working on the arrangements and recorded the beats, synths, voices,… A few adjustments here and there, and voilá, here it is.
