Oneness in Nonduality isn’t something you create, earn, or reach.
It is the fundamental reality that exists before the mind divides experience into separate parts.
Nonduality simply points to this truth:

There are not two.
What seems like many is, in essence, One.

What is Oneness in Nonduality?
Oneness means that everything you encounter — body, mind, world, time, others, even God — is not separate from the Awareness that knows it.
Forms are countless, but the underlying substance is one.
Just as waves appear many while the water is one, appearances are many while the Self is one.

There is no real boundary between “you” and the “world.”
The one who sees, the seeing, and what is seen all arise within the same indivisible Awareness.

This is not belief.
Not a philosophy.
But a direct seeing.

How is Oneness realised?
It isn’t something you achieve — it’s something you notice.
The mind creates the illusion of separation; Awareness never does.

You recognise Oneness when:
 •  Attention turns back to its source — the silent Awareness behind all thoughts, sensations, and perceptions.
 •  Everything is observed without ownership: not “my thought” or “my pain,” but simply experience unfolding in Awareness.
 •  The witness and the world are seen as inseparable — both appearing in the same field of Being.
 •  The sense of being a personal “doer” softens — actions happen, but without a separate “me” behind them.
 •  You realise you were never separate at all — separation was only imagined.

Oneness is revealed the moment the mind stops insisting on “two.”
Only Awareness remains, appearing as all things. "See the same Self in everyone, and you will love all and hate none."
