How I Completed My PhD 

I developed core mindset principles that were key to me getting my PhD 

- I reversed engineered anything bad: Any criticism, any bad failed experiment and any difficult moment I immediately just used as fuel to make it me hit it harder 

- I outworked what was expected of me: What was asked of me I tried to do more in less time, this was to remove ammunition my supervisors could use have a go at me. 

- I focused of IF not WHEN: I say this a lot for much of what I wanted to do in life, the mindset shift is incredibly powerful, it puts you in the forward attacking mindset not a defeatist one
