These are two rules I still follow to this day. 

It is all about making things as simple and as automated as you can. 

✅ - Rule 1 - Two Minute Rule 

If it takes less than two minutes to do, do it straight away 

✅ - Rule 2 - Timeblock everything 

Make it easy for your brain by having everything in your calendar, it takes a massive weight of your shoulders in terms of not having to have everything stored in your head.
