Being a researcher is hard enough but protecting yourself from dangerous scenarios from bosses, colleagues and everyone else is super crucial. 

So many times researchers get conned out of recognition, promotions or get abused without any justice. Here are some ways to protect yourself:

✅ - Have everything in emails - thread of evidence 

✅ - screenshot everything (on your phone, work PC etc)

✅ - Take photos of everything you do
