3 Issues I Had Whilst Doing Lab Work 

I am very thankful I was grateful to achieve a lot during my PhD days that led to me to where I am now. 

But it did come at a very unneeded cost. I cost that of bad habits that I wish I avoided. 

So please try your best to avoid the following: 

✅ - Over-optimistic deadlines

✅ - Over using the weekends to work 

✅ - Neglecting my physical and mental health
