🎤 You’re not wired for success, you have to consciously choose it.

🧠 Your brain wasn’t designed to make you successful. It was designed to keep you alive.

That’s why it’s so good at spotting what’s wrong. Neuroscience tells us the brain has a negativity bias, it devotes more resources to noticing threats than opportunities. It ruminates on criticism longer than praise. It remembers failures more vividly than wins.

It’s not personal. 

It’s biological (before it becomes environmental)

Success, growth, and confidence aren’t your brain’s default settings. 

They’re choices you make.

You can learn to intercept the fear-based or Imposter stories. 
Then reflect. 
Then redirect the narrative to a new true evidence based statement. 

You can choose to see possibility where your brain warns of risk.

You can choose to own your wins instead of dismissing them.

You can choose to keep going after what you truly want, when it would be easier to stop.

Your big gorgeous brain may want to keep you safe in what you know. And Imposter Syndrome may he trying hard to stay in the drivers seat. But your success lives in what you’re willing to grow into and the story you tell yourself on that journey. 

You have more choice than you often realise. 

Choose actions that serve you, not sabotage you.
