I spent yesterday with 1️⃣5️⃣0️⃣+ incredible high performers.

The inaugural adminavenues Conference in Sydney was nothing short of extraordinary. A full day dedicated to elevating, empowering, and celebrating the admin profession.

From the moment we stepped into the stunning InterContinental in Double Bay, the energy was electric. You could feel the presence, purpose, and professionalism radiating through every conversation. And many laughs!

This was a room of EAs, Executive Support Officers, Business Managers and Admin Leaders who are driving real change, redefining what it means to lead, influence, and partner at the highest levels of business.

Each speaker brought something powerful to the stage:

✨ Defining what success looks like on your terms in a time of rapid change 
✨ Disruption as opportunity
✨ The calm, resilience, and adaptability that defines great performance and leadership
