It demands discipline, patience, and a relentless dedication to your goal(s) Standing on this stage, speaking to more than 7️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ incredible high-performing professionals toyota_aus I’m reminded of a truth I’ve lived and now share with audiences worldwide: The journey to success & self mastery, isn’t linear or effortless, but it’s absolutely worth it. And true success is when you can internalise it, know you’ve earned it and celebrate it. It’s when you THRIVE. #impostersyndrome will block you from your ability to do this, which is why it’s important to apply the same discipline, patience with yourself and relentless dedication to understanding your journey with it, learning to navigate it and ultimately conquer it. Imposter Syndrome is not something you have to live with. If I hadn’t conquered mine, I never would have stood on this stage. 11 years ago I made a choice. I chose to break up with #impostersyndrome Every milestone in my career since (and yours) starts with a decision, a decision to back yourself / myself. Does it come without fear? No it doesn’t, but when you’re anchored in #selfworth you can tackle fear head on. When you believe in yourself, stay the course, and commit to the work, anything becomes possible.
