In a world where attention is currency some people will unfortunately use #impostersyndrome as clickbate / to spread disinformation. 

Although it’s not my job nor is it possible to “police the internet” I wanted to provide clarity on a few pieces of misinformation and disinformation I have seen recently…. 

❌Imposter Syndrome is not a superpower ‼️
❌It’s not an advantage. 
❌It’s not fun. 
❌It’s not cool. 
❌It’s not a right of passage. 
❌It’s not a badge of honour. 
❌You don’t need it to be empathic.
❌You don’t need it to be a good leader. 

✅It’s a real and common barrier that impacts many of us. 

✅Once understood it can be conquered.
