☑️Leaders are made, not born. 

It’s a craft honed through experience, challenges, and growth. While some have natural instincts that lend themselves to leadership at a young age, for many leadership is built over time. It’s the sum of lessons learned, resilience developed, and the courage to step into the unknown & be your #authenticself 

For women, stepping into leadership often means breaking through barriers, navigating biases, and redefining what power looks like. This journey isn’t just about individual success -  for many of us, it’s about paving the way for others.

🌟Each time we amplify another woman’s voice, open a door, share our insights, or mentor the next generation of leaders, we build a world where strong female leadership becomes the norm, not the exception.

I am incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by strong leaders of all genders with 4 powerhouse leaders pictured here - powerfulsteps rhondav_allen  terri_m77 di_c_mantell 

🌟These leaders have supported me, collaborated with me, hired me, mentored me, created space for me, engaged in thought provoking questions, shared learnings and ongoing curiosity to fuel future growth -  it’s been a pleasure to simply be in their presence. 

Their leadership qualities just flow out of them. It seems effortless, because they genuinely care. You can feel it 🙌🏽

If you’re reading this and you question your worth or your ability to lead, please remember leaders are made. And none of us have it all figured out, we simply trust in our abilities to figure it out and know the power of surrounding ourselves with other great people. 

None of us do it alone.
