How we speak to ourselves has a profound impact on how we behave, think & feel. 
#impostersyndrome wants to control the narrative, it wants to control you. 

But it doesn’t have to be this way. 

Speaking to yourself kindly, with intention and direction  is not simply a “pep talk” or “affirmation” it’s  reinforcement of strength, worth and control. 

It anchors you in the moment, the moment you deserve to be in✊🏽
