## Caption

Black, White and Red.. I painted this picture in about 15 minutes during the filming of the movie “The Rain Has Passed” by oceanstarproduction. The movie is about an artist who was going through a crisis after his muse died, his wife, but she was able to take care of him and inspire him even after her death... I urgently needed to convey his state and his feelings at the moment. But then this picture looked like a black and white forest. I kept this picture for myself after filming the movie and only recently I added red to this picture…

It was at the moment of a solar eclipse and I felt pain, the pain of the process of dying of some part of me.. The red sun bleeding and a bird, a wounded, dying bird, soaring in the sky... But after “dying” came “rebirth” and freedom! The birth of a new version of me, the true, original version, which gave me a feeling of liberation, freedom to soar higher and higher in the sky! It took me two days to finally "die". The "dying" process itself lasted 8 months! And the "rebirth" process lasted one minute! It was very painful... the process of letting go of everything, the old version, all sorts of masks that protected from the “pleasure of life, of love”, from my true nature was the most painful. But there was such beauty in it… Mmmmm! ) And my dead bird in my painting finally came to life and flew higher and higher! The Art of Rebirth! The art of surrendering to this process! Because… the more you resist, the more pain you feel. There is such magical beauty in this process of transformation of “Dying” and “Rebirth”! And this is not my first time… And Now, as a true newborn, I will have to learn to walk/dance around this world again 🙈😅

I love Death as much as I love Life. 
They are two sides of the same coin.

And Art therapy is an amazing thing!
