In the seventeenth century, Venetians almost always wore masks, but that was in the past. Modern people often hide their faces behind psychological masks. In addition to defining social roles in society, we have a set of psychological masks or masks of stuck and unlived emotions.

Emotions and feelings.. what does it look like? How does it reflect on our face, in our eyes, body language, what is our energy at these moments, how do we look? For example, resentment, arrogance, disappointment or fall in love, love, sadness or any other emotion that can appear and disappear or get stuck as a mask on your face for many many years, or maybe for life... 

A mask is not always evil and should be removed immediately. A psychological mask protects us from the outside world and vice versa, the outside world from us. It is not necessary to share your pain with every passerby or knock everyone off their feet with unbearable sincerity. Sometimes it is better to restrain yourself and not show true feelings: anger, fury, pain, aggression. But there are times when a person cannot even understand what he is feeling right now, because he skillfully juggles masks. He hides true feelings not only from others, but also from himself. The mask seems to grow into a person’s personality - it does not allow you to relax, imposes someone else’s role, makes the wearer a “slave to the mask”. Therefore, you need to be able to recognize the mask, remove it, know what you really are.
