Imagine winning an Olympic Gold Medal, Oscar or other distinguished honour and believing you’re not worthy of it.

Imagine speaking, singing or acting in front of thousands or 10’s of thousands or even 100s of thousands of people and believing you just ‘exposed yourself as the fraud’ you believe yourself to be.

Imagine achieving your dream job with a life changing salary, yet fearing that at any moment someone would tap you on the shoulder and tell you, they’ve made a mistake, you don’t belong here and you’re fired. 

Imagine staying silent whilst a colleague vocalises the brilliant idea / strategy / plan you’ve had in your mind for weeks, months or years because you believe your voice has no value and that if you speak up they’ll all ‘finally know it’.
