It’s easy for people sitting on the sidelines to give you unwanted and/or unhelpful opinions. 

They’re not in the arena being brave and growing #confidence like you.

It can be confronting. 

Especially when those people are close to you. And someone you’d expect support from. 
⁣
But please remember this. 

It’s not you, its them. ⁣
⁣
They don’t have the ability to give it to you. ⁣
⁣
But there are plenty of people who can. ⁣
⁣
Build your tribe with those who can lift you higher…. (Pick me 🙋🏽‍♀️)
⁣
And remember the “opinion throwers” need empathy. 

They’re fearful, unhappy or insecure. ⁣
⁣
They can’t help you but you can help them by inspiring them with your journey. ⁣

Because when you free yourself from #impostersyndrome you can not only achieve what you truly desire and deserve, but you can own it, enjoy it and celebrate it too🙌🏽
