Imposter Syndrome only affects Women. 

False ❌

Despite the first observation’s of #impostersyndrome being in high performing Women at an American University in the 1970s, it’s not about Women, nor does it only impact Women. 

In fact research as early as the early 1980s speaks about Men and now fast forward to 2024 we of course speak to and speak about all gender identities. He/she/they. 

Bonus fun fact: 💡 
Imposter Syndrome was first coined as “Imposter Phenomenon” which is its real name.
