These are the 'pinch me' moments. Thank you SambaTV for inviting me to speak at your incredible #iwd2023 event.⁠

Looking back, 10 years ago, my Imposter Syndrome was so strong i had MANY sleepless nights, chronic bouts of anxiety and one extreme and debilitating PANIC ATTACK that I will never forget. ⁠
⁠
But I' am very proud to have turned my greatest fear into my expertise. To be able to share my knowledge and have conversations with individuals, teams, organisations all around the world is a true pleasure and privilege. ⁠
⁠
I've come so far and I am not done yet. But what's important is that we always stop and reflect on our achievements. No matter how small, medium or large they may be. ⁠
⁠
Because Imposter Syndrome is not an easy journey, it is very challenging especially when you're constantly battling thoughts like: ⁠
👎 "I'm not good enough to be here."⁠
🙅‍♀️ "I'm fooling everyone with my words."⁠
💔 "They are not interested in what I have to say." ⁠
👩"Who am I to be in this room or on this stage?"⁠
⁠
BUT if I can beat it, so can you! ✨ I am not special, I've simply invested in myself and I've done the work.⁠

It takes time, it takes showing up consistently, it takes choosing the right help💪 ⁠
