This case was performed with 400 cc round implants placed over the muscle (subglandular).

At post-op day 5, everything is still in the early healing phase—swelling, tightness, and a “high-riding” look can be normal. Over the next weeks to months, the implants continue to settle, swelling decreases, and the result often becomes softer and more natural with time.
