So many of us suffer #impostersyndrome in silence. 

We think we are the only ones. 

And due to our fear of “being exposed” or “found out “ to be a fraud/ not good enough (despite evidence of our abilities & success) we don’t speak about it. 

And I wasn’t exempt from this. 

Knowing what I was experiencing had a name brought me tremendous comfort. I finally knew it wasn’t “all in my head”. 

And it brings so many around the world comfort too 🙏🏾#impostorsyndrome is real, it’s prevalent, it’s global and it does not discriminate. 

In fact if you’re experiencing Imposter Syndrome you’re in the majority - 70%. 

You are not alone and it can be conquered.
