In this case, I combined closed rhinoplasty with upper blepharoplasty to create a more balanced, refreshed appearance while maintaining natural facial character. Closed rhinoplasty allows refinement through incisions inside the nose, and upper blepharoplasty helps reduce upper-lid heaviness for a more open, rested look.

At 6 months, the overall results are usually well established, though subtle healing and refinement can continue over time.
