In primary rhinoplasty, I often prefer the closed technique, working through incisions inside the nostrils. This approach avoids an external scar and helps support a natural-looking refinement while preserving the nasal skin envelope.

At 10 months, the nose is typically well-settled and the overall shape is clearly established, although subtle changes can still continue as healing progresses.

Each rhinoplasty plan is individualized based on anatomy and goals, and detailed pre-op assessment is key to achieving a balanced, long-lasting result.
