This case was performed with 360 cc round silicone implants placed over the muscle (subglandular).

At 2 weeks, healing is still in progress—some swelling, firmness, and asymmetry can be completely normal at this stage. Over the next weeks to months, the implants continue to settle, the tissues relax, and the result often becomes softer and more natural with time.
