An artist was booked for a prestigious venue.
A clear contract.
Three sets of 45 minutes.
Once a week.
Out of 12 shows, she arrived late five times.
Traffic.
Car issues.
Personal reasons.
We spoke once.
Then twice.
We protected her when the client asked to deduct fees.
After three months, the contract ended.
The client chose not to renew —
and moved on to another agency.
