An artist we booked reached out to the client directly.
Offered a cheaper rate.
Said the agency wasn’t needed.
It’s unethical.
It’s against the contract.
And yes — we could have enforced it.
But we chose the bigger picture.
As long as the client was happy and comfortable,
we stepped aside.
No management fee.
No pressure.
We want artists to win.
We want clients to win.
Even when it costs us.
