t100triathlon Dubai 2025

Second half distance this year and around 12 of these over all, happy to be able to continue to participate 

T100 is a now a fixture on Dubai race season. Wonderful event overall, well done to all involved. 

This is way off what I peaked at before pandemic, about 45 mins off give or take, it's not about the time, but it's about showing up, taking part, being consistent, being a role model for my family.

I thought about not doing it in maybe 'different' sleep nights in 7 weeks of a new born before the race, but my wife kept saying you should do it it makes you happy, they came to the start line for me, I never had that, and she was there at the finish line. 

In the end I was only 6 mins off my time last year, I don't mind if I get slower as I get older, that's normal, but k don't want to use age and life's blessings as excuses to be lazy, or to stop trying, to stop pushing myself, and to stop showing up every day. 

That support, and team effort, is the real accomplishment when you set goals. It's not all about winning.
