Despite a three-month contract.
The artist was already performing Friday.
Technically — the client had to pay.
Legally — we could enforce it.
But we looked beyond one night.
Two choices:
Force the payment.
Or protect the relationship.
We chose flexibility.
Because short-term wins don’t build careers.
