28 days of Osun for her annual festival in Osogbo !!!! We are praising and uplifting Osun for the next 28 days and today is day 3. Today I’d like to talk about how Osun is honored in many ways all through out the diaspora. During the terrible time of Slavery, men and women were taken all over the western hemisphere and they brought their spiritual traditions with them.

Oshun is one of the most well known and popular deities of the Yoruba. Here you can see a dance class dedicated to her and even in just a simple class the spirit of Oshun cannot be denied when she makes her presence felt.
