👉 Yes, we do fix these types of ankle injuries most often with the tightrope by arthrex_inc 

👉 I also use the tightrope (a miniature version) for my thumb CMC joint replacement procedures and have been doing so for the past 10 years.  I have been very pleased with the outcomes.
