There’s a reason I block 2-3 hours for my facials. When I say it’s not just a facial, it’s not. It’s a whole skin, body and mind reset! That takes time + experience. 

After 30 years combining my own healing journey, aesthetics, wellness modalities, yoga and massage therapies, and understanding the body, I use this knowledge and wisdom to help you. Connecting the dots is one of my gifts, and the ability to piece together information is essential for finding solutions. It’s up to you to continue the work to keep the results. 

With this beauty I started guiding her with deep diaphragmatic  breathing and working through the rib cage first  in order to create more space in the alignment. Our skins intricate relationship with our internal world and organs are often overlooked in skin and beauty. 

Our face traps trauma and emotions; and emotions  such as worrying, anger, grief and fear and overthinking can impair our internal organ functions as well as create wrinkles, deep lines and depletion in our face. For some of us our trauma runs deep and it takes multiple things to move through it. 

You cannot have beauty without health. It ALL starts from the inside. Our beautiful organs including fascia, lymph, cells, veins, muscle, bones function like an orchestra.
