Apparently, people aren’t getting the memo...✍🏼

Are you dry? Always drinking water but never feeling hydrated? It’s just a small piece of the puzzle.. Ask yourself these questions too before you complain your skin is still dry and blame your products aren’t doing enough.

1️⃣ Am I actually drinking enough water? 
2️⃣Have I been eating more sugar? 
3️⃣ Am I eating enough healthy fats? 
4️⃣ Maybe it’s my 4th cup of coffee? 
5️⃣Hmm, I did drink that bottle of wine. 
6️⃣ Ooh forgot about that retinol cream I’ve been using every single night.
7️⃣ I have been using a multiple of products that exfoliate daily! 
8️⃣ Have I been getting too much screen time? 
9️⃣ Have I actually moved this week?
🔟 Am I getting enough sleep? Am I depressed? Do I need sunlight?

Just a drop in the bucket 💧

It’s all about cellular communication with hydration! If our mitochondria is stimulated correctly it can produce metabolic water and the right fluids and get that lymph moving too which will always help with inflammation and hydration! The correct skincare can elevate your skin game even more.
