I’ve often said —“skin issues are never skin issues”—

Our face traps emotions; and emotions such as worrying, anger, grief and fear and overthinking can impair our internal organ functions as well as create wrinkles, deep lines and depletion in our face.

The area where I’m focused corresponds to your heart. I’m using my beauty tool the fascia sculpting plate to scrape and  release the fascia. If you find a spot that’s tender and feels “rough “or “crunchy” and the tool jumps, that’s tight fascia.. just work through it and don’t forget to breathe deep and let it all go.
