The other day I had new client and while we were getting acquainted and going through consultation, she said “TMI, letting  you know I’ve recently miscarried.”—Nothing you share with me is too much info. The more I know the better for our journey and process to a truly healthy and radiant skin. All that we go through in life and all emotions stored in the body reflects on the face. Healing grief takes time. I’ll share this over and  over until you get it. The face is an incredibly important aspect of identity. It mirrors what is going on inside the body, mind, emotionally, psychologically and physically. It’s all connected.

My father passed today 7 years ago. An emotional day for us. This is a tribute to him and the brave men + woman+ canine who fight the violence against savages that we can’t for our protection. Of all the military bugle calls, none is so easily recognized or more apt to render emotion than the call Taps. The melody is both eloquent and haunting. I experienced it for the first time at my father’s funeral and felt what it meant to be a marine. Political puppets won’t ever comprehend this level of service and brotherhood.
