Back from the most amazing Italian holiday and 50th birthday celebration! I was thinking about one Italian saying—“Liscio come l’olio”—Literally smooth as oil.... 
I’m living smooth, slow + steady+vibrant.. with a full belly + filled with LOVE + postivity.

In nyc and around the world chaos and unrest continues as civil liberties are being stripped but don’t let it take you down. I’m told I should do ASMR videos as many find my voice soothing, so replaying this one (not sure it qualifies) to remind you and myself  to continue staying  grounded.

The distress you might be feeling now is just being enhanced and brought forward by the energy that is coming our way. I believe when faced with challenge it’s important we approach it with a sense of ease and calm. More stress and fatigue is being impacted as excitation occurs  and more disorder will follow. It can be easy to slip into fear and despair about the unknown but when everything around you is feeling crazy it’s an invitation to go within and bring forward  all your self-care tools.

There’s no need for anger or frustration! Stay grounded and rid yourself of the anxiety with one breath at a time. Raise your vibration higher and drown out all the noise that is sinking your soul and rise up. Stay focused on you and your loved ones! Don’t forget to take care of each other and retaliate with love which will fortify your strength. I’m sending it to you+ your skin + mind + heart. 💋 xo Claudia
