You deserve a joy-filled vibrant and healthy life and life is much happier and easier when you listen and trust in how you feel. You also show up and glow differently. Healthy skin/body  is not the outer.  It’s all connected with a healthy mind and heart that reflects your true inner life. 

Tonight, we bid farewell not just to “23” but to the old life, old ways, the past that doesn’t serve now but let’s do so with deep gratitude. The challenges, upheavals, the joys, and even the sorrows have shaped us, guided us on our journey in search of healing and self-discovery.

Forgive yourself for being unkind to your skin + body, talking down and negative about your aging bodies. Healing can truly begin with a thorough, authentic, honest, and ruthless inventory of our lives. It’s not easy and I’m still working through this beautiful life too. 

Together, let’s embrace powerful transitions that lead us to greater wisdom and understanding.

Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your skin, wellness and healing journey. So much more in store for 2024! 🙏🏽🧡
