Our emotions, thoughts and feelings all influence – for better or worse – our physical health and well-being. Since all systems work together our inner body reflects our outer body. From the last few days I know many of you are feeling anxious and ruminating about past/ future. It disrupts the fundamental energy of our body and steals our essence + beauty.

 I’ll share a little from TCM teachings and philosophy—this weakens liver+spleen. Our GUT is a great place to start  to look at some of our “negative” emotions that cause imbalances and are linked to organs that support digestion—responsible for providing nourishment which supports all aspects of our health.

Some things you might experience due to worry and rumination include: fatigue, loss of appetite, poor digestion, abdominal distention, loose stools or diarrhea, weak muscles, bruising easily, pale complexion and excessive menstrual blood flow. To name a few😨—Understanding that this can impact not only how you look, but obvious how you feel. What you’re  seeing in the mirror and how we (if we are working together)approach your skincare and procedures and lifestyle regimen will matter.
