In my little slice of heaven you’ve felt free, unbothered, released worries. In my care you can surrender, guard your heart and mind. These are tough times we are living in and life is moving fast. These are times that try men’s souls. You can question yourself, perhaps dealing with loss and grief, cutbacks and setbacks? Consider yourself lucky if this hasn’t been your experience. However, as a collective we are all still living in an atmosphere of distress. The absence of normal is distress itself.

Living in an alerted state will keep you fatigued + deplete energy and cause tension. It weakens our nervous system and reflects poorly on our skin and body. I urge you to continue your self-care. It's imperative to your overall health and well-being to change your state and atmosphere regularly.
