I’ve been reading all over doom + gloom. Seeing the hatred spewed out in more rioting/protest in NYC—seeing the city boarded up again doesn’t help either. I get it. The uncertainty could be an overwhelming fear and bag of mixed emotions.  I’m also getting text messages “ I’m anxious” — “ my stomach is in knots”—

🗣You can only control yourself right now.  Remember change your atmosphere of distress. Get off social media if it’s taking you down a hole. Your mind is your main source of health and happiness.
