🗣Representing old broads with natural features—😂 My appearance looks different all the time. Depends on my hairstyle, makeup, how tired I am, how I’m feeling. You can change your look very easily without filters. Today, I’m sporting natural curls (view story) and feeling free + light after my hydrotherapy session and reuniting with my mentor for some serious lymphatic drainage and reset!

Thank GOD for my healers + tribe. We don’t live in fear and have a deep understanding of our body and immune system! Honestly, NYC has been disappointing. I’ve  been feeling like the only normal human living in the twilight zone of zombies—thought my city was more progressive. 👎🏽

Anyway, the last photo is after today, TiredAF for sure! I need to go back in 1-2 weeks to continue my reset. The left side of my face definitely dropping—stress, sugar, sleeping on my stomach has not helped. I’ve been so busy haven’t really looked at myself. I was reminded today too that my sleepandglow pillow needs a comeback ASAP! (check stories for code to get yours on discount) Luckily, I have good skincare habits and regimen I follow— but remember natural aging + doing it well esp. when you’re pushing 50 🙋🏻‍♀️ is a 360 approach. It takes time and effort, the proper tools.✨

With all the things I mentioned mucous builds up in the body. Our lymph system is so important as it’s the body’s filtration system. It needs constant cleaning, flushing and draining!! The videos are from last summer and the photos from February! There’s nothing like qualified hands as tools—this reminds me I don’t need another facial machine for the studio, however, I was looking at one today that will surely make an impact. Quality over quantity! 🤷🏻‍♀️😅
