Throughout history, Clear Quartz (master healer crystal)has been valued by nearly every civilization as far back as Atlantis and Lemuria, where the sun's power was believed to be harnessed through a crystal as a source of solar energy refraction. We all, especially healers(anyone who touches) need to practice radical self-care and love for our bodies now more than ever. I knew I needed healing but it’s incredible the unraveling of every inch of my body  that happened after my treatment today. The lightness and energy of every cell that I feel was so needed. I will share my beautiful friend when she is ready to be spotlighted. You’ll want to run to experience her touch. She used oils, crystals and more to coax me out of a dull state of affairs. .
