In the UK ans Ireland today it’s Mother’s Day, which can be a tender day for so many in the TTC community.

Today we’re thinking of every mother-to-be — the women who are hoping, trying, waiting, grieving and dreaming of the family they long for.

Your arms may not yet be full, but your heart already holds so much love. 💛

If today feels difficult, please be gentle with yourself. A few small things that may help:
• Give yourself permission to step back from plans if you need to
• Take a break from social media if it feels overwhelming
• Plan something kind for yourself — a walk, a quiet coffee, a moment of calm
• Talk to someone who understands and can hold space for how you feel

Wherever you are on your fertility journey, please know your feelings are valid and you are not alone.
