🌟 When Ben and I were trying to start a family, I had no idea there were underlying issues. After one ectopic pregnancy, one IVF cycle, five miscarriages, and three misdiagnoses over nine long years, we found myself on the brink of considering adoption. But then we decided to give IVF another chance and met with a consultant who ran tests no one else had thought to do. That’s when I discovered I had endometriosis, a polyp, a thyroid issue (which I didn’t realize could affect fertility), and a blocked tube.

After the polyp removal, addressing the endometriosis, fallopian tube unblocked and starting thyroxine for my thyroid, I took a leap of faith with what I thought would be my ‘last’ IVF cycle—and it worked! We welcomed our gorgeous twin daughters into the world! 

Starting IVFbabble with Sara became our mission to ensure no one else has to face the same struggles we did. The key is early diagnosis and creating an actionable plan to achieve your dream of parenthood.

Fear can hold us back, but our desire to become parents deserves proactive steps.
