1.) Your pillowcase holds more of your skincare than your skin does remember that! (And Even if it’s silk, if it hasn’t been washed in a week, you’re basically marinating in old oil and bacteria.).

  2.) NOTHING is Botox in a bottle. Except actual Botox in the actual bottle being injected into your actual forehead. Yes, of course you can age gracefully and beautifully w/out it and you may even look better w out it! but please stop the nonsense. ..

  3.) That “glow” after a harsh scrub? It’s inflammation. You’re mistaking swelling for youth.

  4.) Your skin can look older overnight … one high-salt dinner + alcohol + no water can dehydrate your skin enough to create temporary fine lines! .

  5.) Your facialist is not your magician! if you leave my studio and: workout, use products I didn’t recommend, forget to drink water, and forget your sunscreen you will erase our work! .
