This friends-and-family event is set in an informal ambiance including a wine tasting of our 3 in house wines as well as food prepared my chef Lisa Pucci Delagado

Cab Franc
Pinot Noir
Chardonnay

Pasta Bar: 
Customize your plate with choices like garlic & oil, mushrooms, baby spinach, parmesan, pancetta, and arugula, complemented by light Alfredo and homemade pomodoro sauces.

Salads:
Roasted beets & arugula served over a marscapone boursin yogurt cream, topped with a lemon white balsamic drizzle.

Fresh heirloom tomato & buffalo mozzarella salad, enhanced with basil pesto and a fig balsamic dressing.

Meat Selections:
Pork Tenderloin Wellington with options of apple balsamic or mustard seed cream sauce.
Petite filet of beef tenderloin paired perfectly with a Vincent William wine cab franc demiglase.
