Not because they lack ambition—but because comfort is seductive. Letting go of a familiar identity is harder than staying busy inside a life that no longer fits, even when it’s clearly outstayed its welcome.

I built this guided, supportive experience after coming out of a deeply misaligned burnout season in my own career. It’s what I wish I’d had then—space to get honest, reconnect to what actually mattered, and rebuild forward with intention.

This is for the person who fires on all cylinders.
