#WorkingWoman #ProTip ✅  Are you a busy career woman ready to GET RIPPED in 2020, but struggling to find time to hit the gym?  Well I have good news for you!  You’re not alone, AND you don’t need a gym!  The truth is we waste so much time working at work that we forget we could also be working out at the same time.  That’s right!  Having it all is easy if you seize every opportunity for physical exercise during your regular 9-5!  For example:

Do you drive yourself to work?  Pass that nice parking spot up front and park in the back instead!  Don’t work on the ground floor?  Skip the elevator and take the stairs! Checking emails?  Squeeze your abs, your butt or your leg muscles (or all 3 at the same time!) for a secret lower body workout right at your desk!  Walking to a meeting?  Lunge to the meeting!  Walking with coworkers?  Get them PUMPED for the meeting and pump your fists in the air!  Microwaving a lean cuisine?  Do some squats or deadlift the fridge while your food heats up!  Making copies?  Don’t just stand there!  Squat, lunge, punch something or rip the cabinets out of the walls, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD — MOVE!! Destroying classified documents?  F*** the shredder!  Rip those papers into itty bitty pieces with your BARE HANDS! 💪
