This week, we’ve partnered with @woosahbride, the first wellness brand for melanated brides that focuses on self-care, mental health, sisterhood, and community while brides plan their weddings. They partnered with over 10 doctors, lawyers, wellness, and wedding professionals to provide curated advice for brides, teach self-care tools, and create awareness for planning brides and their support system with a focus on the importance of prioritizing mental health. They aim to create a community specifically to uplift this change.

One bride will receive one “Wellness Planner + Wellness Journal + Notepad Bundle” which includes:

✨  One 16-month planner featuring an undated calendar and monthly to-do list. The planner also features over 20 past brides, their experience, love story, and advice for brides to be. 

✨ One wellness journal with psychiatrist-approved journal prompts to promote internal and external growth, and guidance to learn and implement self-care tools with yourself, friends, family, and future spouse.

✨ Three notepads with beautiful illustrations. Choose between a Bach, Bride-to-be, or Engaged theme; you can mix and match!
