*A Timely Act of Compassion for a Suffering Calf at Gagode, Pen Taluka*

*One of the most emotional and sensitive rescue cases to date. With swift action and deep compassion, Veersevak Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation Foundation, Lonavala* responded to a heartbreaking call - a severely injured baby cow, lying helpless since morning with a broken leg and maggot-infested wounds, silently waiting for relief.

The case was reported to us by Gaurakshak Vinod Barajge from Khapoli, originating from Gagode Village, Pen Taluka.

*Our sincere gratitude* to the original reporters, Vagmare and Pawar, whose timely courage and humanity ensured this little life was not ignored.

*Heartfelt thanks to* Adv. Yogesh Khandke Sir for supporting the fuel expenses, enabling immediate rescue and treatment.

The baby cow is now safe and under care.
